FLOATING INTO CALM

Floating into Calm is a deeply calming experience designed for busy minds, overwhelmed bodies, and anyone needing true time out from the outside world.

 

Float effortlessly on water as you’re guided through meditation, soothing music, and complete relaxation,  giving your mind and body space to reset, restore, and simply let go.

private Meditation SESSION

Private meditation sessions are £55. Each session is designed to gently support relaxation, emotional wellbeing, and nervous system regulation.

 

Although one session can feel deeply restorative, lasting change often comes through consistancy, so I usually recommend a minimum of 5 sessions to fully build confidence and experience the deeper benefits of meditation.
