A real-life story of adapting to sudden change and finding strength

My Story

Just Like That With Paige was created from one of the most defining chapters of my life - a chapter I never planned for, yet one that changed everything. For years, I built my career as a meditation teacher and mindset mentor, helping people find clarity, calm, and confidence. I loved my work, but life had other plans.

When my mum needed full-time care, I made the difficult decision to pause my business and step fully into the role of a carer. It wasn’t a choice I expected to make, and it challenged every part of my identity. I learned what it feels like to put your dreams on hold. To lose your routine. To feel overwhelmed, exhausted, and unsure of who you are outside of your responsibilities.

But I also learned something else: Life can change just like that - suddenly, unexpectedly, and without warning. And in those moments, what we need most isn’t perfection or pressure… It’s support. Understanding. Tools to stay grounded. A reminder that we’re not alone.

This is a space shaped by real experience, not theory. It’s for anyone navigating the unexpected - caring for a loved one, facing a life shift, rebuilding their identity, or simply trying to stay afloat when everything feels uncertain.

This brand is built on
the belief that:

You are allowed to start again

You are allowed to slow down

You are allowed to ask for help

And you are capable of finding your way through change - one moment at a time

Today, I bring together my background in meditation, mindset mentoring, and real-life resilience to guide others through their own transitions.

My story became my mission: to support people through the chapters they never saw coming, and to help them rediscover themselves in the process.

This isn’t about being perfect. It’s about being human. And moving forward, gently and bravely, when life shifts

...just like that
